My Story
Hi, I’m Bryony — the baker behind 'Bryony Bake My Day'.(Also a mum to 4 children so I know how important is is to make celebrations feel special and tasty).I started baking over 8 years ago, completely self-taught.It began because I didn’t like what I saw in shop-bought cakes —
extra oils, preservatives, and ingredients that just didn’t feel right.So I started making my own.What began as baking for friends and family quickly turned into something more.Over the years, I’ve created cakes for:

• Religious celebrations
